Today, I’m going to do something I’ve never done before.
I’m going to share with you my personal business “game plan” for 2017.
This is how we are on track to hit around $540,000 in total revenue – with around 60% of that, net profit – in 2017.
Hope it helps, and that you can take some of what we are doing, and apply it in YOUR fitness business!

The FVT 540k Game Plan
1 – SHOW UP
Build a strong community at FVT. Connect with members. Stay in the mix, train at key times, 10-15 hours per week. Have regular community events. Ask clients for feedback. Get great results. Communicate daily – in person, via social media, via email, via personal text messages, etc
2 – GET BETTER
Learn, and get better, every day!
Never stop.
At fitness, and coaching, and helping people change their lives …
And at business, sales, marketing, managing, etc.
3 – SPECIALIZE
DOMINATE the local market when it comes to kettlebell training.
If someone in the Sacramento, CA wants to learn how to use kettlebells safely and effectively – FVT is the place to go.
DOMINATE the internet when it comes to kettlebell training. Build the biggest email list of people interested in changing their lives with kettlebells. Build the biggest social media following of people interested in changing their lives with kettlebells. Offer the best online coaching program for people interested in changing their lives with kettlebells.
4 – MARKETING PILARS
Have “marketing pilars” in play at all times.
For the gym, it’s online + referrals + walk – ins + old client re-activation.
For the online business, it’s paid + joint ventures.
5 – LEADS
Local goal = 40 per month
Online goal = 3000 per month
6 – NEW CLIENTS / CUSTOMERS

7 – RETENTION

The way my business is set up – a single physical location, with an “online 2nd location” component – is PERFECT for ME.
For some people, it might be a bigger business, with more locations.
For others, it might be 100% online, and offer total freedom of lifestyle.
These are all great!
The important take-away is, what’s perfect for YOU?
How do you want YOUR business – and life! – to look 90 days, 1 year, 5 years, 20 years, 50 years from now?
YOU are the only one who can answer that, of course – but it’s SO important to KNOW as you set goals for yourself, and what you want to accomplish in your life!
Take ACTION, make it happen, and get it done –
